WOW, what a GREAT weekend. Stopped at Xtreme Wheels on the way home - too tired to do the Tuesday Evening ride.

Now, pick up the mail, wash clothes, and work on my web site update.

Playing Tourist

Was signed up for a ride yesterday morning. Ever had one of those days that now way you can make it -- what you should be able to ride but you can't. That's what happened. So, I turned back. and went to Plan B.

Time to play "Tourist". Checked out, took pics - Iron Mountain Road, Mt. Rushmore & Needles Highway.

Met Rich and Debbie (Omaha) for dinner. A bicycle with side car?

BHFTF Update

Wow, this has been a great weekend. Weather cooperated, great trails, sooooo much to do. If anyone got bored - it was their own fault.

I will be getting my report on my web site - when I get back.

So - what was the highlight to far? Yesterday morning I turned in my receipts for the Beermuda Triangle -- I was the first to earn the 51 raffle tickets. Then at the BBQ, I won a unicycle with those tickets. Yes - I said a UNICYCLE! My riding friends know I have problems riding on TWO wheels.

Black Hills Fat Tire Festival

Well, this is my first blog entry. Today is the first day of Black Hills Fat Tire Festival - my first mountain bike festival. Also, the first BHTFH. If I keep this up, I can say I attended every one!

I am pumped up! I know its going to be a GREAT weekend.

Here we are - the IMBA Trail School.

Sounds like a good group arriving from Omaha.
